Google Analytics uses cookies which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of our website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Our website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp". This allows IP addresses to be processed in a shortened form, thus excluding the possibility of personal references. If the data collected about you contains a personal reference, this is immediately excluded and the personal data is thereby deleted instantly. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address is transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide us with further services related to the use of the website and the internet.

The recipient of the collected data may be Google. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has subjected itself to the EU-US Privacy Shield: https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework

As soon as you visit one of our websites that contains such a plug-in, the content of the plug-in is transmitted directly to your browser. By using social plug-ins, we offer you the possibility to interact directly with our contributions via the comment function.

By clicking on the respective social media plug-in, you will be directly forwarded to our website at the corresponding social network and your data will be transmitted to the servers of the respective social network provider. These data include IP address, date and time of access, identification data of the browser and operating system used, the website from which the access takes place, etc.

We would like to point out that we have no influence on the scope of data processing by the respective provider of the social network. For the purpose, type and scope of data collection as well as the further processing and use of the data, please refer to the privacy policy of the respective provider. Please note that the servers of social network providers may be located to a large extent in countries outside the European Union. We use a plug-in from Kununu on our website to visualize our Kununu rating. The provider of this plug-in is New Work SE, Dammtorstraße 30, 20354 Hamburg, Germany and is provided by them. When you call up our website, the Kununu plug-in establishes a connection to Kununu servers, which can be used to display our current Kununu rating. We use Google Maps API, a service of Google Inc. for the visual presentation of geographical information. The information generated by Google Maps API is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google may transfer the data obtained through the use of Google Maps to third parties, if third parties process this data on behalf of Google or if this is legally permissible or prescribed. The IP address transmitted by your browser when using Google Maps will not be merged with other data from Google. Nevertheless, it would be technically potentially possible for Google to process the data received for other purposes or to identify individual users without PierraaGroup GmbH having or being able to influence this. For these reasons, the use of Google Maps is problematic in terms of data protection.

However, you have the option of preventing the transfer of data to Google by deactivating the Google Maps service by disabling the JavaScript function in your browser. In this case, however, you cannot use the map display.

By using these web pages with the JavaScript function activated, you expressly declare your consent to the processing of the data collected from you by Google Inc. in the manner and for the purposes described above, with full knowledge of the data protection issues.
