ANALYSIS OF THE WEBSITES
In order to optimize the contents and offers of our websites and to collect statistical evaluations, various technical programs are used, which record data on the behavior of the user of the websites, also in anonymous form. For this purpose, for example, data on click behavior, duration of visits, system settings and origin of the users are collected in the form of text files by using analysis software cookies. Cookies are stored on your computer for these analyses. This collected data can be stored on the servers of the operators of the analysis tools. The collected data will not be used to personally identify the user and will not be merged with other personal data of the user.
You can prevent the installation of cookies by appropriately adjusting your browser settings. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. In the following section, we present the analysis tools we use in detail.
The following analysis tools are used on our website for this purpose:
If you have given your consent in the cookie notice, Google Analytics is used on our website. This is a web analysis service of Google Inc. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is therefore your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DS-GVO.
Our website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp". This allows IP addresses to be processed in a shortened form, thus excluding the possibility of personal references. If the data collected about you contains a personal reference, this is immediately excluded and the personal data is thereby deleted instantly. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address is transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.
On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide us with further services related to the use of the website and the internet.
The recipient of the collected data may be Google. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has subjected itself to the EU-US Privacy Shield: https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework
The described data is automatically deleted after 14 months. Data, whose retention period has been reached is automatically deleted once a month.
You can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set to prevent the collection of your data during future visits to our website: Disable Google Analytics.
Our websites use the social plug-ins of various social network providers. As soon as you visit one of our websites that contains such a plug-in, the content of the plug-in is transmitted directly to your browser. By using social plug-ins, we offer you the possibility to interact directly with our contributions via the comment function.
By clicking on the respective social media plug-in, you will be directly forwarded to our website at the corresponding social network and your data will be transmitted to the servers of the respective social network provider. These data include IP address, date and time of access, identification data of the browser and operating system used, the website from which the access takes place, etc.
The following social plug-ins are offered on our websites:
We use a plug-in from Kununu on our website to visualize our Kununu rating. The provider of this plug-in is New Work SE, Dammtorstraße 30, 20354 Hamburg, Germany and is provided by them. When you call up our website, the Kununu plug-in establishes a connection to Kununu servers, which can be used to display our current Kununu rating. Kununu does not store any personal data about you when you access this website. In particular, Kununu does not store any IP address. The Kununu plug-in does not evaluate your use of our website.
Further information on data processing by the provider of the Kununu plug-in can be found at https://www.kununu.com/de/info/disclaimer and https://privacy.xing.com/de/datenschutzerklaerung.
We use Google Maps API, a service of Google Inc. for the visual presentation of geographical information. The information generated by Google Maps API is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google may transfer the data obtained through the use of Google Maps to third parties, if third parties process this data on behalf of Google or if this is legally permissible or prescribed. The IP address transmitted by your browser when using Google Maps will not be merged with other data from Google. Nevertheless, it would be technically potentially possible for Google to process the data received for other purposes or to identify individual users without PierraaGroup GmbH having or being able to influence this. For these reasons, the use of Google Maps is problematic in terms of data protection.
