Volkswagen Financial Services offers its customers a variety of insurance policies tailored to their needs - regardless of age and whether they are first or second cars. We redesigned the insurance portal to put emphasis on the diversity of tailor-made offers. Our goal: optimal user-friendliness, a clear yet emotional look and a target-oriented approach that convinces with individual advantages.
For a solid foundation, we started with a detailed analysis of our target groups: What wishes and needs do experienced drivers have, for example? On this basis, our graphic designers developed an emotional design. The core is a series of loosely drawn motifs that show representatives of the individual target groups in natural situations and thus create closeness, identification potential and trust.
During the conception of the site and the technical structure we also had the target group in mind: simple navigation ensures clarity. All content is easy to grasp. Information boxes direct the attention to important details.
This concept not only convinced the customers of Volkswagen Financial Services, but also various group brands Skoda, Seat and Audi, for whom we adapted the portal.
